If we believe that what we think about ourselves is true, then it becomes easy to believe we are broken in some way, damaged by life or just plain old insecure. I lived for most of my adult life under the illusion that what I think is true. The relief to know this isn’t how life works is immense. ⠀ ⠀ When we see the impersonal nature of the Power of Thought that runs through us every moment of every day, we begin to see that we may feel broken, damaged or insecure when that thinking shows up but it isn’t possible for this to be our true state. ⠀ ⠀ Our true state is one of peace, resilience, love, compassion and joy when we aren’t ‘hooked’ into our mind running the show. ⠀ ⠀ We are expressions of nature/the divine/God/universal life source. As this expression we have a natural essence that is far greater than the ever changing energy of Thought, that passes through us. ⠀ ⠀ It took me a while to really see this. Sometimes I still forget - that’s human too. ⠀ ⠀ You are already enough and whole. If you need it, I hope this a gentle reminder finds you through cyberspace. ⠀ ⠀ Sent with love from my heart to yours.⠀
